Qasim started in our industry in 2000. His business acumen and staffing solutions industry experience made him an obvious choice to manage a group of professionals dedicated to providing solutions to our clients’ contract and permanent staffing requirements. Prior to working in the staffing solutions industry, Qasim specialized in accounting and finance, working internationally in both staff and managerial capacities for such prestigious organizations as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Occidental Petroleum, Schlumberger and the United Nations. He also founded and led a management consulting firm specializing in operations management and quality assurance consulting. Qasim understands business, its needs, its pace and its challenges, and he uses this knowledge to serve the interests of TFDL’s clients and candidates. Qasim joined TFDL in 2004. His burning desire to improve and elevate the status, relevance and performance of the profession, his passion for the business and his singular commitment to the success of our clients (both current and prospective) is compelling and infectious. In 2019 after partnering with Peoplesource Search Group, Qasim has been, and will continue to be a leader, in the development of Peoplesource’s business practices and recruiting consultants that support the company’s desire to have an unrivaled ability to deliver results to the marketplace.
